Our story began in 1995 when I was diagnosed with a fibroadenoma, leading to numerous tests and a biopsy. The recommended follow-up seemed unnecessary with potential increased long-term side effects for someone under 30 with no significant health concerns. Determined to find an alternative, I discovered thermography, a non-invasive method to monitor my health. I shared my experience with my sister, Alesha, who shared my passion for holistic healthcare, and together, we embarked on this path.
